I can build a new design from scratch, work from sketches or images, or incorporate existing logos and colour schemes. Alternatively I can redesign existing sites to improve or transform their look, or just convert tables or Microsoft Frontpage designs into smaller, faster-loading CSS-based design that is more easily maintainable by either you or me.
